\u901a\u7528\u9876\u7ea7\u57df\u540d<\/strong>\uff08gTLD\uff09\u7684\uff0c\u4e5f\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u56fd\u9645\uff0c\u672a\u5206\u914d\u7ed9\u4efb\u4f55\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u4f46\u53c2\u8003\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u4ea7\u4e1a\uff08\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u673a\u6784\u7b49\u3002\uff09\uff0c\u6216\u76f8\u5173\u8054\u7684\u7f51\u7ad9\u6216\u5730\u7406\u533a\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n

\u901a\u7528\u9876\u7ea7\u57df\u540d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4f18\u52bf\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u65f6\u5c1a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u548c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6839\u636e\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u6642\u90fd\u6703\u767c\u751f\u4fb5\u6b0a\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u6ce8\u518c\u57df\u540d\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u9650\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n

The generic domain extensions of historical interest have been introduced since 1985 (.com and. net being the first). At the end of 2013, hundreds of new generic TLDs have been introduced as a result of the adoption of the new gTLDs program approved by ICANN.<\/p>\n

The generic extensions portfolio include a total of 22 gTLDs grouped into the following categories. In addition, there are a number of\u00a0universally recognized<\/strong>\u00a0second level TLDs – commonly referred to as\u00a0alternative gTLDs<\/strong>\u00a0– that are characterized by\u00a0non-official extensions<\/strong>\u00a0referring to different countries in the world.<\/p>\n

In particular, and depending on the needs and activities of the applicant, it may be appropriate to evaluate the registration of domain names in these extensions to extend the protection of own trademarks.<\/p>\n
